Processing Time

All standard orders are prepared and packaged within 3–4 business days before shipping.
Since each item is made by hand, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. If delays occur, we’ll always keep you informed.

Custom Orders

We love creating unique, custom pieces just for you. All of our candles are poured in their natural beeswax color and carry a soft, honey-like scent—no added dyes or synthetic fragrances.

If you’d like your candle in a specific color or lightly scented with essential oils, we can often accommodate for a small additional fee.

Because completion times vary depending on the request, please reach out to us at hello@luminaglow.shop before placing a custom order so we can provide an accurate timeline and details.

Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If your package is already with the carrier and needs rerouting, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If eligible, you can reach out to our support team to inquire about a replacement.
